@hej_coffee - aged in whiskey barrels, my recipe on aeropress, inverted method 20g - 240ml, 10 minutes brew, 1 minute press, pour 100ml water and stir for 15 seconds, add 140ml and reached 10 minutes turn it upside down and press for 1 minute.
