"I wonder who lived here before us?" Quiver Distribution has released an official trailer for an indie horror thriller titled Angel Baby, marking the directorial debut of actor / filmmaker Douglas Tait. It's set to open in December this fall - available on VOD right away. Val, a loving wife, and her husband Justin move to a remote cabin to heal from the sudden death of their unborn twins and get a fresh start. Soon she senses an evil presence. After her best friend comes to check on her, secrets begin to unravel. A mysterious neighbor comes searching for the truth, and with the help of the owner of the local bar she gains the strength she needs to face what is tormenting her peace. This all sounds strange. Starring Isabel Cueva, Rebecca De Mornay, Daniel Roebuck, Douglas Tait, Dan Thiel, Whitney Anderson, & Chris Browning. This looks pretty bland and forgettable, but if you're into these kind of haunted cabin stories check it out below.

Angel Baby is directed by American actor / filmmaker Douglas Tait, making his feature directorial debut after directing one episode of "The Haunt" TV series previously, mostly working as an actor before this. The screenplay is written by Elisa Manzini and Rebecca Stahl. It's produced by Isabel Cueva. This hasn't premiered at any film festivals or elsewhere, as far as we know. Quiver Dist. will debut Tait's Angel Baby in select US theaters + on VOD starting December 15th, 2023 this fall. Anyone?
