On the last day of the liturgical year (Saturday of the Thirty-fourth Week in Ordinary Time, Dec 02, 2023), Fr Alan promotes in his homily the "Eschaton vista" -- a view to the last things as an orientation to how we live now, with the solicitousness for eternal life characterized by Our Lord's words from today's Gospel: "Be vigilant at all times" (Lk 21:36).
