No resignation from City-County Councilman Jeff Miller despite possible child molestation charges

Indianapolis City-County Councilman Jeff Miller has still not resigned his position despite saying he would following child molestation charges. Jeffrey Miller, 50, is accused of inappropriately touching young girls with massagers at his home. The city-county councilman for District 16 was charged last Friday with three felony counts of child molesting. District 16 serves the near southeast, south and southwest sides of Indianapolis.
