Two schools put on lockdown after deadly shooting on Indianapolis' east side

Lakeside Elementary School, which is across the street from the scene, and Warren Central High School had been locked down as authorities tried to get a man to come out of his apartment. A male victim with gunshot wounds was found in a car just after noon in the 2100 block of Shoreland Drive at the entrance to Marina Apartments. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
