How To Combat Food Addiction

For food addictions, my experience is it takes 60 days to "forget" the addiction in my brain and body. That's why I recommend removing one "problem" food from you diet at a time. If that nightly bowl of ice cream is your vice, quit that for 60 days then move on to the next. But eat as much as you want of healthy stuff. Watch more.
