Haruwo's aka はるを's chars found on his site. We have dig dug & Kawauso vs. baron & a salaried man, all by Haruwo, well with salaried man it's, "haruwo and hokkai no midareguma". He also made Amakusa from Samurai Shodown, which I'll link below too. Update 5/18/2024: Oops, he also made Sakura and Gray Fly. I'll add those too, dl lilnk below.
