Woman Catches "Jughead," a Dog Who Had a Jar Stuck on His Head for Over a Month

A woman in Porter, Texas, finally caught a stray dog who she's been trying to rescue for over a month to free him from a jar he got stuck on his head by sticking his head into an outdoor cat feeder. Thankfully, there was a hole on the other end of the jar so the animal was able to breath, drink, and eat during the time it was stuck on him before being rescued.
