John Perry Barlow was a pioneer in discussions of early cyberspace regulations. A proponent of a free society, Barlow worked hard to ensure the freedom of speech, especially on the internet, was maintained. This is his interview with Newt Gingrich back in 1995 on best practices for a safe, yet free internet experience.

For those of you new to "GEORGE," this magazine was the brainchild of JFK Jr in the mid to late 1990s and publishing continued on into the 2000s. The articles within provide access to incredible insights and evidence of astonishing coincidences to current events, which I hope to convey in each episode.
