INGREDIENTS 🔻: 24 cm mould
• 1 medium egg
• a pinch of salt
• 8 g vanilla sugar or vanillin
• 100 g of sugar (1/3 cup)
• 80 ml sunflower oil (1/3 cup)
• 100 ml milk (1/3 cup)
• 7 g baking powder (1 teaspoon)
• 120 g of 00 flour
• 10 g of bitter cocoa (1 tablespoon)
The cream :
• 600 ml of milk (2+1/2 cup)
• 100 g of sugar (1/3 cup)
• 25 g bitter cocoa (2 tablespoons)
• 50 g corn starch (1/3 cup)
• 50 g of dark chocolate
• 50 g of butter (2 tablespoons)
Ganache Chocolate :
• 140 ml whipping cream
• 120 g of dark chocolate
