COLD CASE: The Mysterious Disappearance of Rachael Garden

Rachael Garden was last seen on March 22, 1980 at 9-9:30pm at a local convenience store, Rowe’s Corner Market, in Newton, New Hampshire. She was 15 years old at the time of her disappearance and was 5’1”, 100 lbs., with light brown hair and hazel eyes. Her ears are pierced. She was last seen wearing a two-toned blue ski parka, a plaid shirt with silver threads, blue jeans and brown lace up shoes. She was carrying a dark blue tote bag with the word “Things” imprinted on the side.
Rachael told her family she was going to be sleeping at a friend’s home, but the friend had no knowledge of these plans. She may have been seen talking to 3 men with questionable reputations. outside of Rowe’s. The store clerk, who was the last person to see her that evening, was convicted of shooting an unarmed man in 1970.
