There are moments in life where we feel isolated and alone. Instead of thinking of it from this perspective, why not take the time to enjoy the serenity of such an experience and further our own understanding of our self. Quiet meditation to realize that we are not alone, but are with one with nature and all other sentient beings.

STEPS:
1 - Sometimes being alone gives our clarity, freeing ourselves from the clutters of the mind that society brings. Focus on the soothing cry of the flute and the gentle breath of the wind, punctuated by the shriek of the hawk to remind us that we are never truly alone but is part of something greater.
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
