Driver attempted to evade arrest after a DPS Trooper attempted to stop them for a traffic violation

The driver allowed five illegal immigrants to bail out, then took off. He eventually lost control, crashed the vehicle and took off on foot.

After a short pursuit, the man was arrested and charged.
