Izumi IK RIG test

Izumi will no longer have upgrades for MMD, however, she will have an enhanced rig for animation in blender and then exporting the animation to MMD, I just started learning how to build a rig from scratch and just got the IK rig working, there is still quite a bit to do but I will take my time with this adding to the fact that I am also animating a 4 character dance, it will take a while to get both projects done.

Also, the See Tinh Dance will be public shortly.
