Psychopath Next Door? What To Do?

I recently found out I have a psychopath for a neighbour. What do you do when you know your neighbour is (among other things) a psychopath known to your local police? Freak out! I mean, this is a very difficult situation I've just found myself in. So this video and the next two following on this topic - all recorded on the same day - are to give you insight into how I'm processing and finding my way through this in the hopes it will help someone else or someone who has dealt with this might even share something that can help me. I know the text book stuff and I know about some to do with malignant narcissist sociopaths in the work I do with loved ones in recovery. This is new to me in this experience however.
