The Psychopath Next Door - After Another Call To Police

I have had to call the Police on the psychopath that lives next door to me 6 or 7 times now inside of a month and a half. That was the case again today. Lessons I'm learning about what to do when your neighbour is a psychopath. This video is me out in my yard about 3 hours after I had called the police on the psychopath today. I am not comfortable being out there. I thought the Police talking to him again would put him of his predatory cat and me the mouse patterns. Seems, as you'll hear about in my next video, I was right with the discomfort I felt in this video. The next video will be entitled My Psychopathic Neighbor - You Just Can't Predict
