After The BPD or NPD Confusion | Meet in C-PTSD?

As someone with a unique view of both sides of BPD and Narcissistic Abuse (which includes abuse by anyone with BPD as well as other Cluster B Personality Disorders) I talk in this video about many of the aspects of similarity in those with BPD and those who do not have a "personality disorder". Do those with Cluster B and those who have suffered Narcissistic abuse meet in a way within Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder? Not that it is the same, no. Not that it brings abuser and victim together at all - absolutely not. How can both sides heal, independently of one another and find balance? Where's the bridge to more understanding? Can we ever over-come stigma on either side?
