Toxic people are on the rise. Civility is dying a mass death. Whether a toxic person in malicious and has Narcissistic, Borderline, or Anti-Social Personality Disorder, or not the consequences to the emotional and physical well-being of targets can be devastating. Some toxic people are not cluster B personality disordered. They can be bullies, insecure, controlling, bossy, nosy intrusive territorial neighbors. They all have one thing in common, they are insecure, they are protecting and often attacking and targeting in various ways out of their own lack of everything. Observe, don't absorb. Limit your exposure. Detach. De-Stress or you will be traumatized.
