COP28 Countries Vote On Climate Disaster Fund

The COP28 Summit kicks off in Dubai with a formal adoption of an agreement to create a new climate disaster fund.  The U.S. committed 17.5 million dollars toward the fund, but would need to be approved by Congress. One America’s Stella Escobedo spoke with Craig Rucker, President of the Committee For A Constructive Tomorrow, ahead of his trip to report on the summit.
