Storm Shield Forecast morning update 11/20/17

We'll spend the next few hours in the low 50s, with a return to the 60s by 10 a.m. and a high of 71 in Bakersfield this afternoon with moderate air quality. Even with these passing clouds, don't expect any rain and we won't really have much of a breeze either. Similarly, we'll have highs in the low up in the Kern River Valley and down in the desert, with mid-60s in the south mountains.
