The Judiciary system is a system of courts that interprits and applies the law in the name of the "state."
Seperation of Powers.

b. Proper national wealth distribution, government spending, and constitutional economics.

Plenary powers can be given to people which grant unlimited powers.
a. The president can grant pardons for people, groups, corporations, and entities he choses.
b. Congress has unlimited power to pass laws, levy taxes, wage wars, and arrest people.
c. Congress can create charters with duplicity of its plenary powers, setting rates, and prices charged customers for energy. These prices are also exempt from review.
