The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has determined Saturday’s damage in Frankfort was caused by straight line winds between 80-85 mph. The storms rolled through Frankfort before noon, damaging multiple structures in the area. Customers were evacuated from the Walmart on E. Wabash Street after the winds took off part of the roof and toppled over at least two semis in the parking lot.
