Beehive Heater Update -- The Internal beehive heaters are working. All bees are warm on a cold night. Early morning check of the beehives with outdoor temperature between 28-30F. The air is cold, I am cold, but the bees are warm. I have installed a home made internal beehive heater that keeps the beehive temperature within a set range. The bees are warm and not clustering on the inside and they are raising full frames of brood in the late fall early winter.
