Why does a person with BPD say one thing and do the other? Why don't they talk about how they actually feel - lack of emotional intelligence, inconsistency, incongruence, and emotionally, still child-like and splitting even, for some, after 5-7 years of therapy because they don't stay in therapy to its completion - they don't recover.
