Battle Creek Police have released a six-minute video related to last Saturday’s fight at the Baymont by Wyndham Hotel on Beckley Road and car chase.

The video is a compilation of body-worn and dash camera footage from several Battle Creek Police officers and vehicles.

It shows the suspect car hitting an officer’s car as well as the chase, with accompanying radio conversation.

The chase reached speeds of 100 mph as it went through Leroy Township, where officers stopped chasing due to safety concerns.

The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department assisted Battle Creek Police.

Two women were booked into the Calhoun County Jail and are facing several violent felony charges. Police were initially called for a report of 15 people fighting in the lobby of the hotel. Several people were stabbed during the fight.

Police believe most of the people involved knew each other, and that the conflict started with a relationship triangle.
