10 Israeli hostages, including 49-year-old Israeli-American citizen Liat Beinin, were released by Hamas and brought back to Israel on the sixth day of the ceasefire, hostage deal. 4 Thai nationals and 2 Russian Israelis were also freed.

A spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces says Israel is willing to extend current deal for up to 10 days. Israel has agreed to a ceasefire in exchange for the release of at least 10 Israeli hostages per day.

The IDF says if Hamas breaks the deal, its ready to resume military operations.
