The Bible clearly teaches that this world is broken and under a curse because of our rebellion towards God. We believed a lie, fell from grace, and as a result, sin ushered in consequential results of our disobedience and separation from God.
Paradise lost will someday be paradise restored. Until then, followers of Christ are sojourners in a world system governed by Satan – the god of this world.
