It has been discovered that "the perfect solar system" was formed without the violent collisions that created our own mixture of planets with varying sizes.

Six planets in this system, which is located 100 light years away, are almost the same size and are believed to have formed up to 12 billion years ago.

Our solar system was violently formed, with planets colliding, upsetting orbits, and leaving us with relatively small worlds like our own amid giants like Jupiter and Saturn.

Things are extremely different in the solar system known as HD110067, and its pristine conditions make it the perfect place to study how these worlds developed and whether or not they support life.
