Star Wars actor Alistair Petrie tells of moment he was told premature baby son might die

The Night Manager star Alistair Petrie has told for the first time of the harrowing moment doctors warned him his prematurely-born son might die.

Yorkshire-born Alistair, who played Lord Sandy Langbourne in the BBC spy thriller, was delighted when he discovered wife Lucy was having twins.

But 30 weeks and two days into the pregnancy Lucy suffered stomach pains and was rushed into hospital where 36-hours later she gave birth to two tiny premature baby boys.
