On October a woman, @moodyyakker, in Linn, Missouri displayed her middle finger to the chief of the local police department. Upset with how he was treated, the Chief of Police, Sam Ford, violated the woman's First and Fourth Amendment rights by arresting her for disorderly conduct and attempted to have her charged with that offense and failure to identify herself.

Thankfully the woman was released and not prosecuted. Join Sean and lets look at what happened and why we can flip off the police.
