US, Israel spy chiefs in Qatar for talks on Gaza truce extension

The heads of the CIA and Israeli intelligence agency have arrived in Doha to discuss with Qatari officials a possible extension of the Gaza truce and the prisoner exchange between Hamas and Israel.

They are also joined by the chief of the Egyptian spy agency.

Qatar has been acting as the main mediator in negotiations with Hamas for the release of Israeli captives and Palestinian prisoners.
