A powerful winter storm is battering Ukraine and Russia with high winds, heavy snow and flooding. It's torn down power lines, leaving more than two million people without electricity.

It's also made conditions even more miserable for the tens of thousands of troops fighting on the frontline.

And as temperatures fall, fears are rising that Russia is planning to attack Ukraine's power facilities again this winter.
