The world's biggest iceberg, A23a, has broken free from where it has been stationary for decades, and is now floating north to Iceberg Alley. A23a is so big, It is .375 the size of Hawaii's big island, and is 1312 feet high. It also has a lot of mineral dust which got trapped in the ice when glaciers slid along the Antarctic rocks, and are released when the icebergs melt.
