Making and freeze drying a batch of beef stroganoff.
For this batch I use my sister's medium Harvest Right to freeze dry 8 lbs of my beef stroganoff.

Beef Stroganoff

6 pounds Beef, lean, sliced 1/8" thick, 1" medallions
6 cups Onions, Chopped, about 1000g
6 cans Cream of Mushroom soup, 10 3/4 oz cans - about 64oz
3 cups Sour Cream
56 ounces Mushrooms, Sliced - about 1600 grams
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
2 tablespoons mustard
Salt
Pepper
2 teaspoons Garlic

1. Cut beef across the grain into thin medallions

2. In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in 1 tablespoon of butter, cook beef in batches with onion, until meat is not longer pick and onions are tender. Salt and pepper

3. Repeat with remaining beef and onions (at least 6 batches)

4. Put meat mixture to large pot.

5. Stir in soup, paprika and garlic and mustard

6. Heat through, stirring occasionally

7. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream

8. Serve over noodles.
