Space Commander, WAR & TRADE; part 27; couple quests, some combat, & ever more trade!

A little bit of both, this time. Though I might alternate, with perhaps even number parts for TRADE and odd numbers for WAR. For now, this has a little bit of war, and a little bit of trade.
