John T. Martin Film Created To Protect Oswald Alibi Operation

The unbelievable coincidences and a document time contradiction leads me to believe that Oswald's New Orleans arrest was part of the Cuban plot (infiltrated by US intelligence) to give Oswald an alibi for a clandestine trip to Cuba. There may be a tiny bit of speculation involved.
