Amandha Vollmer (ADV) describes her personal experience practising meditation at night. She also does decrees, spiritual affirmations for light energy, during the day. Additionally, she talks about her breathwork practices and the machines that she uses to help her with her breathwork.
Self-care is very important to Amandha! She explains that she often finds herself exhausted from her heavy workload; therefore, she starts her day with self-care that helps her with her mental and physical health.
Amandha also talks about the importance of getting outside and into nature, in order to get enough sunlight and practise grounding. She encourages you to connect with nature as much as you can.
