Should Trump be Gagged?

The courts will decide how much former President Trump can directly criticize Jack Smith, the special counsel overseeing his election subversion case.

A federal appeals court heard arguments for over 2 hours about Trump's gag order which restricts his ability to publicly attack court personnel, witnesses or Smith.

Although the federal judges were skeptical of Trump's argument the gag order violated free speech rights, they may loosen some of the restrictions against him.

The appeals court has temporarily frozen the order. As expected, Trump continued his attacks on the special counsel and his family.

What do you think? Does free speech mean you can attack people, even private citizens, and put them in harm's way?
