Free Oceanic Seafood Lasagna Recipe 🦐🐟🍝
Introduction:
Dive into a world of flavors with our Oceanic Seafood Lasagna. Layers of succulent shrimp, flaky fish, and creamy béchamel sauce make this lasagna an exquisite seafood delight! 🦐🐟🍝
Ingredients:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb (450g) white fish fillets, diced
1 cup crab meat, flaked
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups béchamel sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Seafood Filling:
In a pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and fish, cooking until just opaque. Stir in crab meat and fresh spinach. Season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Set aside.
Layering the Seafood Wonder:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce. Lay three lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Spread a layer of ricotta cheese, followed by the seafood and spinach mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the filling.
Repeat the layers—noodles, filling, and cheese—until all ingredients are used, ending with a cheese layer on top.
Bake to Perfection:
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley for a burst of freshness.
