NWO Depopulation Predictive Programming - Utopia

A group young adults get a copy of Utopia, an underground cult comic book. It appears the group is not only the target of a deep state organization, but also tasked them with the responsibility of saving the world.

The comic was written by one of the architects of the plan to prevent ecological disaster by reducing the Earth's population, which would deplete resources. This plan is outlined as follows:
(1) Convince the world's population that there is an outbreak of a deadly new virus.
(2) Once convinced, announce to the public the creation of a new vaccine.
(3) Through the coordination between global elites (WEF and WHO anyone?) and non-governmental organizations, governments scramble to inject the world's population with this new wonder "vaccine".
(4) However, the vaccine is designed to sterilize the majority of people, or destroy their genome for future generations, while outright killing others. This will cause the global population to drop from 7.8 billion to about 500 million, ushering in a new era of plenty.
