Welcome to my channel! My name is Christine Springer, and in this video, I'm talking about preparing for what happens externally during the foreclosure process.

This video is about why you should plan ahead. There are usually several issues that come up with the foreclosure process, and sometimes you have to work on multiple things at once. You will probably need time to narrow down your options, do your research and consult with your family and other important people. You may also need time to stock your war chest with cash. That might mean you need more time to earn enough money by increasing hours at work, cutting back on things at home, and talking to your family. Your family might need some time process the changes happening. There are a number of things that could happen, some that will happen and you will probably want plenty of time.

I've worked with hundreds of homeowners on property analytics and helped them navigate the default and foreclosure process. In addition to the property analytics, homeowners have benefited from being coached through the emotional aspects of the process. It makes the action steps in the real world much easier.

I developed a method of reviewing loan and foreclosure documents and this service is called property analytics, sometimes called a loan audit.
