World’s toughest squirrel defeats storm

A Crimean squirrel took the phrase ‘clinging on for dear life’ to terrifying extremes during a storm in Southern Russia. Using every bit of strength in its claws, the squirrel latched onto a tree branch and didn’t let go, despite being battered by gale-force winds.
