Adventure Now Season 4 Episode 6 - Iceland! Langanes, swimming in the crack & the sulphur planes of Namaskard

Hello and welcome to the 6th episode of the 4th season of Adventure Now!

In this episode we leave Vopnafjordur and sail to Husavik around the Langanes headland, crossing into the Arctic Circle on the way! We spend the first few days hunkering down as it rained a lot!

However Iceland did treat us to some Icelandic summer and we went on a road trip to a geothermal pool in a lava field, which we visited before two years ago. We also went back to the sulphur planes of Namaskard but this time hiked around the hills overlooking this otherworldly place. We went to see the basalt columns in the Stuðlagil Canyon in the east and visited some cool lava formations before leaving for Flatey Island.

Filmed in June and July 2023 using a Panasonic Lumix FZ1000, DJI Mavic Pro, a Samsung Galaxy S10, a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus, a Rhode microphone, and edited with iMovie.
