Is WotC Changing D&D's "Rule Zero"?

Rule 0 is one of the cornerstones of D&D over the years. Having trust in your DM, GM, Referr, Judge, or whatever your game refers to the person running your games is part of the social contract players and GM's have with each other. WotC seems to want to change that.
