New security measures put in place at annual Circle of Lights celebration

Security officials in Indianapolis have made changes to the plan for this year's Circle of Lights, when the Soldiers and Sailors Monument will be lit up for the Christmas season. The annual free Circle of Lights event will be Nov. 24 from 6-8 p.m.The performance stage will no longer be on the steps of the monument. Instead, it will be to the north, adjacent to Christ Church Cathedral.
