Seminole Heights Shooting Victim: Ronald Felton was church volunteer, helped needy families

Ronald Felton, 60, was on his way to meet with the pastor of the local church, where he has been a volunteer for the past 10 years, when he was shot and killed in southeast Seminole Heights on Tuesday morning.
