Banana Bread Recipe || banana cake easy recipe|| soft and spongy banana nuts bread

Step 1

Bananas 3
Mash 3 bananas and set aside

Step 2

flour 1 & 1/2 cup
baking soda 1 tsp
baking powder 1tsp
cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
mix well these dry ingredients and set aside

Step 3

cooking oil 3/4 cup
eggs 2
sugar 3/4 cup
milk 1/3 cup

whisk all these ingredients well

step 4
add mashed bananas in mixture mix well and then add dry ingredients mixture.fold gently with spatula to make batter... do not over mix

step 5

Grease your mould and line it with butter paper. Pour prepared batter top it with some nuts. Bake it in preheated oven at 180° for 40-45 mins
