How to BULK Properly.
Today I am going to show you how to bulk properly. There's a million ways to filet a fish but none of them will work if you don't have any tools. Makes sense right? A bulk is the same way. The lifting routine and the diet don't matter if you don't address the fundamentals first. That said, if you do address the fundamentals, it almost doesn't matter what you eat or what exercises you perform, you are going to grow.
The foundation of an athlete, and it doesn't matter what you do, is electrolyte balance. It's not something a lot of people talk about, especially not when bulking. But it is so important, I can't say it enough! It doesn't matter how much food you eat the night before a work out, if you go into the gym dehydrated you are going to have a sub-optimal work out. And a sub optimal workout means less fatigue in the gym, and less catalyst to grow. But if you DO regulate your electrolytes, and with these electrolytes you *TRAIN AS HARD AS YOU CAN* you will be amazed at how fast you can grow.
I want you guys to get your salts in, and don't stop there. TRAIN HARD. Don't go to the gym to have fun, go to the gym to get serious. Earn those surplus calories. Otherwise, what was the point of eating all that food?
