The Australian Housing Market has several major underlying issues that should put downward pressure on house prices - or even cause a housing crash in the months and years ahead. In fact, the Australian housing market is now looking very similar to Japan's housing bubble which saw Japanese house prices collapse and stagnate for 15 years. Will this happen to Australia?
