The victors of the post-Soviet Collapse order were neither the conservative old guards of the Politburo nor the Radical Second Revolutionists. It was the Neoliberal radical centers who claimed the throne at the zenith of Soviet Imperialism's internal contradictions. Neither the most powerful who controlled the military nor the populous preserved the union, but a cartel of neoliberal i·de·o·logues took the largest piece of the pie.
